We work on houses, not commercial buildings, and most of what we see here is the same handful of problems the desert causes. Dust packs an outdoor coil until the system cannot shed heat. Because we are independent and not affiliated with any manufacturer, nobody upstairs tells us which brand to push or which repair to skip in favour of a sale. What a visit looks like
We cover Las Vegas and the surrounding communities of southern Nevada, and we travel into the wider desert Southwest for residential heating, cooling and air quality work. We are open Monday through Sunday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and a failed condenser in July gets treated as the emergency it is. Booking is by phone or through the quote form on this site. We diagnose on site
We check the thermostat, the electrical side, airflow, refrigerant pressures, and the condenser coil. Desert dust plugs coils and dying capacitors are common. You get the finding in plain words before we touch a part.
- Step 3
Repair and verify
We make the repair, then run the system and measure supply air temperature and amp draw so we know it is actually cooling or heating. We tell you what we saw and what to watch for next season.
