Duct Cleaning — Book a Visit Today

We clean residential air ducts, supply vents and return registers across Arizona, California, Nevada and Utah, and you can book a visit whenever the dust in your home is winning. Ductwork in the desert fills with fine grit, drywall dust from old remodels and whatever the return has pulled in through gaps at the plenum. On a visit we look at the return side first, check filter fit, inspect a few runs with a camera where access allows, then vacuum and agitate the duct interior and pull the registers to clean them properly. If we find crushed flex, loose connections or a duct that came apart in the attic, we tell you what we saw and what repair it needs. Call us and describe what you are noticing.

The duct cleaning symptoms we hear most

  • I dust the house and it looks bad again by the weekend Return leakage pulling attic and wall-cavity dust into the airstream
  • Black smudges around the ceiling vents Register grille soiling from air washing over dusty duct and drywall edges
  • One room smells musty every time the AC starts Moisture or debris in a branch run, or a return pulling from a damp space
  • My allergies flare the moment the system kicks on Particulate loading in ducts combined with a poor filter seal
  • There is visible fuzz hanging off the supply grille Heavy dust accumulation at the register and inside the boot

Search for it as duct cleaning or air duct cleaning and you land in the same place: one visit, one written quote.

Safe things to check first

Worth a look before you call — sometimes it saves you the visit.

  • 1Pull your filter and look at it in daylight. If it is grey and matted, change it and note how fast the next one loads up.
  • 2Check that the filter is the right size and sits flat in the slot with no gaps at the edges where unfiltered air can slip past.
  • 3Walk the house and confirm supply vents and return grilles are open and not blocked by furniture, rugs or storage.
  • 4Look at your thermostat settings and fan mode. Leaving the fan on ALL the time circulates more dust than AUTO does, so try AUTO and see if the dusting slows.

Duct Cleaning — quick answers

How often should air ducts be cleaned?

There is no fixed schedule. Most homes in the region go several years between cleanings. Book sooner after a remodel, after a rodent problem, if you see visible debris at the registers, or if a room has developed a musty smell.

Will duct cleaning fix my allergies?

It removes settled dust from the duct interior and registers, which helps if that dust is being blown into your rooms. It will not solve outdoor pollen, pet dander on furniture or a filter that does not seal. We will tell you honestly what we think is driving it.

What actually happens during the visit?

We protect the floors, open access at the plenum and trunk, connect vacuum equipment, then agitate and pull debris from each run. Registers and boots come off and get cleaned separately. We show you what came out before we pack up.

Do you clean the return side too?

Yes. The return is usually the dirtier half, because that is where air enters the system and where leaks pull in attic and wall-cavity dust. Cleaning supplies alone and skipping the return is not worth your money.

How long does it take?

A typical single-system home runs a few hours depending on the number of runs and how accessible the ductwork is. Two-system homes and rooftop package units with long horizontal runs take longer. We will give you a time window before we start.

Can duct cleaning damage flex duct?

Old, brittle flex can tear, which is why we inspect before we clean rather than after. If we find a run that is already crushed, disconnected or falling apart, we stop and show you. Repairing or replacing that section comes before cleaning it.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Tell us the symptom

Call or fill out the quote form. We ask what changed, when it started, and whether the outdoor unit is running. That tells us which parts and gauges to load on the truck before we leave.

  2. Step 2

    We diagnose on site

We check the thermostat, the electrical side, airflow, refrigerant pressures, and the condenser coil. Desert dust plugs coils and dying capacitors are common. You get the finding in plain words before we touch a part.

  3. Step 3

    Repair and verify

We make the repair, then run the system and measure supply air temperature and amp draw so we know it is actually cooling or heating. We tell you what we saw and what to watch for next season.

Why homeowners call us

  • We know rooftop unitsHalf the valley has a package unit on the roof, baking all summer. We are up there regularly, so we know how those cabinets fail, where the drain pans rust, and how heat and sun break down wiring and blower assemblies.
  • Dust is the local enemyFine desert dust mats onto condenser coils and chokes airflow, and the system runs hot until something gives up. We check the coil on every call and tell you honestly whether cleaning will fix your cooling problem.
  • July gets treated like JulyA dead condenser when it is 112 outside is not a routine call. We prioritise homes with no cooling, and we say clearly when we can be there instead of leaving you guessing all afternoon.
  • Heating tooDesert nights get cold and furnaces sit unused for months. We do heater repair and furnace repair, including no-ignition problems, bad igniters, and blowers that hum without moving air. Same straight explanation, no upsell speech.
  • All major brands, gas & electricIndependent service on Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, York and the rest.
  • Straight answersIf a system is not worth repairing, we say so, often right on the phone.
