In extreme heat a system can run nonstop and still fall behind if the condenser coil is dust packed, airflow is restricted or refrigerant is low. Change the filter, then call us to measure the system.
There is ice on my indoor unit. Should I keep running the AC?
Turn the cooling off and leave the fan on to let the ice melt. Ice usually means restricted airflow or low refrigerant. Running it frozen risks the compressor, so call us before restarting.
How fast can someone come out in summer?
